1 - If you cannot visualize the registration form, e-mail us at info@46ifla2009.com.br and request your registration file by fax

2- Registration price includes:

• Participation during the three days of Congress
• 3 lunches (except for students). In case you don´t wish to have lunch, you can cancel it from your registration and reduce 60 Euros from the total price.
• 6 coffee breaks
• Password to access online presentations

3- The registration for students does not include lunch.

5 - ONLINE Registration Deadline :OCTOBER 10 - deadline for the 2009 IFLA 46TH WORLD CONGRESS and 2009 ABAP 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS registration online.

6 - Registration Confirmation: Registration for the 2009 IFLA 46TH WORLD CONGRESS and 2009 ABAP 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS will only be valid after selling note or credit card payment confirmation. If you register close to promotional price deadlines, make sure you pay before the deadline. Bring the payment confirmation slip on the date of the event, in case there is a problem

7 - Registrations with dates before of the promotional price deadline with selling note or credit card payment with dates after the deadline will not be accepted.

8 - Cancellation of paid registrations: We do not cancel paid registrations, the registration holder may be replaced at least 30 days prior to the online registration limit date

9 - Registration replacements: Replacements will be accepted until 09/10/2009, upon written affidavit signed by the desistant, transferring his/her registration rights to the substitute and providing all registration file data of the substitute.

10 - Unused Registrations: ABAP reserves the right to refund 50% of the amount paid, up to 30 days after the event to participants, who register and confirm payment but for some reason do not participate in the event. The request for restitution must be made online or by mail before 09/30/2009.

11- Participation guarantee: It is required that the Registration be duly paid and Registration Form be completely filled out. The Auditorium capacity will be respected.

12 - Lecture content will be available online. Address, login and password will be sent to participants up to 20 days after the event.

13 - 2009 IFLA 46TH WORLD CONGRESS and 2009 ABAP 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS Certificate of Attendance will be awarded after the event when Evaluation Research is presented (it is mandatory the presentation of the Evaluation Research to get the certificate).
